1) Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the website https://www.wiecel.uk and any associated subpages operated by:

The terms apply to both consumers and businesses. However, consumers (individuals purchasing for personal use) are protected under UK consumer law and retain all statutory rights.

2) Contract Formation

The product listings on our website are not binding offers.
By placing an order through the online checkout, you submit an offer to purchase the selected product(s).
A contract is concluded when you receive an order confirmation or tracking notification.

3) Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

Consumers have the legal right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

In addition, Wiecel® voluntarily offers an extended 30-day satisfaction period, allowing you to try the shoes and return them if they are not suitable.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused except for indoor fitting

  • In original condition

  • Returned within the return period

Return shipping costs are not refundable.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.

4) Exchanges & Store Credit

Customers may choose one of the following options when returning items:

Option Description
Exchange Exchange for a different size or colour, subject to availability.
Store Credit Receive store credit equal to the product value.
Refund Standard refund once the return is received.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

5) Prices & Payment

All prices displayed include VAT where applicable.
Accepted payment methods are shown during checkout.
If your card issuer or bank applies currency fees, these are your responsibility.

6) Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery to the United Kingdom typically takes 5–10 business days.

Your order may be fulfilled from our international logistics centre, depending on product availability.

All orders include tracked shipping.

7) Retention of Ownership

Goods remain the property of Wiecel® until full payment has been received.

8) Liability

We are responsible for ensuring that products are delivered as described.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

9) Warranty

If a product is defective, please contact our support team.
We will replace or refund in accordance with UK consumer laws.

Damage caused by improper use, wear, or external factors is not covered.

10) Promotional Codes

Promotional codes:

  • Can only be used once

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Must be applied before checkout is completed

11) Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
Consumers retain the protection of mandatory laws in their country of residence.
